Talk About It Tuesdays Recap: Alumni in Professional Sports Webinar

FLUSHING, N.Y – The City University of New York Athletic Conference held its latest Talk About It Tuesdays webinar, highlighting former conference student-athletes who work for professional sporting franchises. Talk About It Tuesdays is programming provided by the conference to serve as educational resources for our student body across CUNY's 25 campuses.

The latest session featured former Baruch student-athletes: Edgar Acero, Senior Manager of Content for Americas at FC Bayern München, the 2020 winner of the UEFA Champions League, and Bryan Flannery, Public Relations Assistant for the WNBA’s New York Liberty.

Hosted by CUNY’s Inclusive Sports Advisor Ryan Martin, the group held a discussion about their lives as student-athletes and their chosen path into professional sports. The group also shared advice to current student-athletes though a Q&A session.
