CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week
Dibjot Kaur, Baruch (Sr., OH, Punjab, India)
Kaur finished with 20 kills, four service aces and 14 digs in a key four-set conference win for the Bearcats against Brooklyn on Tuesday night, hitting .204 against the Bulldogs. She added 10 kills, five aces and nine digs against Pratt on Thursday night.
CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Madeline Snyder, Hunter (Jr., S, Phoenix, Ariz.)
Snyder racked up 158 assists in four matches for the Hawks last week, including three 40-assist performances, and added 38 digs and 10 blocks. In a 3-2 conference setback to John Jay Tuesday, Snyder totaled 40 assists, six digs and six block assists.
CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Jadyn Orava, John Jay (So., OH, Gilbert, Ariz.)
Orava hit .232 and totaled 23 kills, 11 digs and an ace in John Jay's 3-2 win over Hunter Tuesday in which it rallied from a 2-0 deficit in a rematch of last season's conference championship match.
