CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week
Jadyn Orava, John Jay (So., OH, Gilbert, Ariz.)
Orava earned Player of the Week for the fourth time this season after hitting .400 and totaling 36 kills in a 2-0 week for the Bloodhounds. In a conference win against CCNY she posted a double-double (14 kills, 10 digs), while in a four-set win at Sarah Lawrence Orava registered 22 kills on .442 hitting and added 10 digs and a pair of service aces.
CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Ella Snobar, Brooklyn (Fr., RS, Sacramento, Calif.)
In a 2-0 week for Brooklyn, Snobar totaled 20 kills, 18 digs, 12 total blocks and three service aces. In a win against Hunter, she tallied eight kills, 10 digs and seven blocks, while registering 12 kills, eight digs and five blocks in a win over St. Joseph's Long Island.
CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Lily Mattison, Hunter (Sr., MB, Monroe, N.J.)
Mattison totaled 37 kills on .204 hitting while racking up 28 digs, three blocks and six service aces in a 1-2 week. She notched 13 kills in a five-set conference setback to Brooklyn, while posting 15 kills against Centenary on Saturday.
