CUNYAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Alexa Charles (Sr., G, Tarrytown, N.Y.)
Charles averaged 28.0 points and 7.5 steals per game and shot 55.8% (24-43) from the floor in two wins last week. She recorded 34 points, seven steals and six rebounds in a win at Medgar Evers, then registered 22 points, eight steals and four assists against CCNY.
CUNYAC Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Miah Crockett, John Jay (Fr., G, Kansas City, Mo.)
In two victories last week, Crockett notched 15.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game while shooting 42.1% (8-19) from the floor. She totaled 14 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals at CCNY, then registered 16 points, six rebounds, two steals and a block.
CUNYAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Michaela Lattimore (Jr., F, Morristown, N.J.)
Lattimore posted a pair of double-doubles in a 2-0 week for the Bloodhounds, averaging 15.0 points and 16.5 rebounds per game while shooting 42.3% (11-26). She recorded 19 points and 19 rebounds in a win at CCNY, including seven offensive boards. She then added 11 points and 14 rebounds against York in a home triumph.
