CUNYAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Alexa Charles, Hunter (Sr., G, Tarrytown, N.Y.)

In a 2-1 week for the Hawks, Charles averaged 30.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 5.3 steals per game while shooting .405 from the floor. During the week she became the conference's all-time leader in field goals and steals.  Charles totaled 35 points, 11 rebounds and six steals in a 53-52 win over WPI.  She recorded 26 points against nationally-ranked Bates, then notched 31 points in a victory against Farmingdale State.

CUNYAC Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Lola De Luka, Baruch (Fr., G, Roosevelt Island, N.Y.)

De Luka averaged 9.5 points, 3.0 steals, 3.0 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Bearcats.  She had nine points in a home win against Saint Joseph (Conn.), then recorded 10 points, three assists and three steals in an overtime setback to St. Joseph-Long Island.
 
CUNYAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Brianna Jackson, Brooklyn (Jr., G, Brooklyn, N.Y.)

Jackson was named MVP of the Moravian Steel Club Classic after leading the Bulldogs to the tournament title with averages of 16.5 points, 5.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game.  She registered 16 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in a win against Mary Washington, then recorded 17 points, five rebounds, four steals and four assists in the championship game against the host Greyhounds.
