CUNYAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Aishika Yadav, Baruch (Jr., Fresh Meadows, N.Y.)

Yadav went unbeaten in a pair of Bearcat victories last week.  Against York on Tuesday she was a 6-0, 6-0 winner at No. 1 singles and teamed with Maria Calvo Prado for a 6-0 win at No. 1 doubles.  In a victory against Purchase Thursday, Yadav won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 singles and 6-2 at No. 1 doubles.

CUNYAC Women's Tennis Rookie of the Week
Margaret Kensinger, Baruch (Fr., Queens, N.Y.)

Kensinger prevailed in all three of her matches in a 2-0 week for Baruch.  She teamed with Malika Khaknazrova for a 6-0 win at third doubles against York.  In a win against Purchase Thursday, Kensinger was a 6-2, 6-3 winner at No. 6 singles and a 6-1 winner with Khaknazrova at No. 3 doubles.
 
CUNYAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Julia Aksamentova, Hunter (Jr., Brooklyn, N.Y.)

Aksamentova was a 6-0, 6-0 winner at No. 4 singles and a 6-1 win  with Anna Chapko at No. 2 doubles as the Hawks defeated Brooklyn 7-0 in CUNYAC action last week.
