The City University of New York Athletic Conference annually recognizes its best and brightest student-athletes, who not only excel in athletics, but succeed in the classroom as well. Over the next few weeks, CUNYAC will recognize those who truly embody what it means to be a student-athlete.
Peter Veljovic, a member of the Lehman College men's volleyball team, owns a strong 3.605 grade-point average, majoring in Business Administration.
The Bronx native has appeared in 75 career matches for the Lightning, amassing over 400 kills and 50 service aces in three seasons of play. Veljovic was a First Team CUNYAC All-Star in 2020, pacing the Lightning in kills and service aces.
