2025-26 Men's Indoor Track and Field: Schedule/Results | Top Performances

CUNYAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Track Athlete of the Week/Rookie of the Week
Mustapha Abubakar, CCNY (Fr., Yonkers, N.Y.)

At the Wagner Invitational, Abubakar ran a time of 22.32 seconds in the 200-meter dash, the top time in the conference to date.  He also ran a 7.21-second effort in the 60-meter dash.

CUNYAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Field Athlete of the Week
Solomon Kumi, Hunter (Sr., Bronx, N.Y.)

Kumi posted the No. 1 mark in the triple jump at the Ramapo Season Opener, posting a jump of 12.31 meters.  He also had a 5.72 mark in the long jump, currently the No. 5 mark in CUNYAC.
 
CUNYAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Reco Griffith, Medgar Evers (So., Barbados, West Indies)

Griffith placed fourth at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational #1 in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.5 seconds and second in the 200 (23.16/22.76 converted).  He was also part of the Cougars winning 4x200 relay that clocked a time of 1:32.98.
