NEW YORK - A total of 14 Baruch College men's and women's tennis student-athletes were recently recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. In addition, both squads were named All-Academic Team.
To receive ITA Scholar-Athlete honors, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form.
The men's and women's squads each had seven players named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have maintained at least a 3.20 GPA (on a 4.00 scale), be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and all varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year. The women's team earned the honor with a team GPA of 3.64, while the men's team had a GPA of 3.40.

The men's scholar athletes were Anlact Huynh, Joshua Bey, Giovanni De Santis III, Ryan Huang, Tuna Nergizoglu, Samuel Park, and Philipp Roeder.
The women's scholar athletes were Margaret Kensinger, Justina Dodani, Jacqueline Moreno, Lucia Herranz Sanchez, Aishika Yadav, Mariam Ghanem, and Maria Calvo Prado.
