INDIANAPOLIS - 2025 CUNY Athletic conference women's tennis champion Hunter College will face Moravian University in an opening round match in the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championship. The Hawks and Greyhounds will square off on Friday, May 8 in a regional hosted by Amherst College in Amherst, Mass. at 10 am.
The Hawks (12-0) captured their second straight CUNYAC women's tennis title in the fall with a 4-1 victory over Baruch.
Hunter is making its 10th NCAA appearance in program history. The Hawks are 4-9 in their previous eight NCAA trips.
Moravian (17-3) comes into the NCAA field as the champion of the Landmark Conference after a 4-3 win over Scranton this weekend. The Greyhounds are making their fifth NCAA appearance in program history.
