Baruch Captures Top Seed in 2026 CUNYAC/HSS Men's Tennis Championship

NEW YORK - Baruch College has earned the No. 1 seed in the 2026 CUNY Athletic Conference/HSS Men's Tennis Championship.  This year's championship field is set, with the semifinals taking place Sunday, April 26 and the championship Thursday, April  30 at the USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center in Flushing.

The Bearcats (13-2, 6-0 CUNYAC), who will be seeking their seventh straight conference crown and 19th overall, will face fourth-seeded Albertus Magnus (3-6, 3-3 CUNYAC) in one semifinal.  Sunday's other semifinal pits No. 2 seed Hunter (6-6, 5-1 CUNYAC) against No. 3 seed Brooklyn (7-6, 4-2 CUNYAC) in a rematch of a match won 4-3 by the Hawks during the regular season.

Baruch captured its eighth straight conference regular season title, wrapping up an unbeaten conference slate with a 7-0 win over Brooklyn on Tuesday.  The Bearcats are unbeaten against Division III competition this season, with the lone blemishes on their schedule coming against Division I NJIT and Division II Adelphi.

Sunday's semifinal winners will meet on Thursday at 3 pm.
