Shannon Ferri, Hunter (Sr., Cold Spring, N.Y.)
At the Ramapo Season Opener, Ferri posted the top time in the CUNYAC to date in the mile, running a time of 5:43.32.

Serena Warner, CCNY (Sr., Rockland, N.Y.)
Warner recorded a season-best 11.96 meter toss in the weight throw at the Wagner Invitational, currently the top throw in the event in the conference.
CUNYAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Rookie of the Week
Brianna Lindo, Medgar Evers (Fr., Queens, N.Y.)
Lindo had a well-rounded performance at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational #1. In the 55-meter dash she placed fourth (7.75) and was second in both the 55-meter hurdles (8.76) and 600-meter run (1:53.57). She also helped the Cougar relays to second place finishes in the DMR (15:50.32) and the 4x200 (1:50.23). In field, she competed in the high jump (1.53m), the long jump (4.37m), the triple jump (9.39m), the weight throw (9.65m) and the shot put (7.23m).
CUNYAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Jennifer Hepburn, CCNY (Fr.)
At the Wagner Invitational, Hepburn posted the No. 3 time in the conference thus far in the 200, recording a time of 27.07 seconds. In the 60-meter dash she clocked a 8.21 second effort, good for second in the conference to date.
