CUNYAC/Healthfirst Community College Men’s Basketball Player of the Week
Marquise Paulin, Hostos
So., G, Bronx, N.Y. / Opportunity Charter

Marquise Paulin turned in a strong performance in the Caimans’ 93-83 victory over LaGuardia. The sophomore guard scored a team-high 21 points (9-14 FG), while tallying six rebounds, six assists and five steals.

Amaziah Richberg, BMCC

Amaziah Richberg was one of four BMCC players to finish in double figures during an 80-60 victory on the road against Passaic County. The 6-8 guard exploded for a career and game-high 22 points on a team-best 9-of-16 shooting for his fourth straight double-digit scoring performance of the season. Richberg also handed out a team-high four assists and tied another with three steals.



The 2023 CUNYAC Community College Men’s Basketball Championship is scheduled to begin with semifinal action on Wednesday, Feb. 15, followed by the tournament final on Friday, Feb. 17. The semifinals and final will be played at BMCC.
