CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Weekly Report 9/21/26

Cruz recorded 29 kills while hitting .364 across three matches. She had 15 kills on .458 hitting in Hunter’s four-set win over St. Joseph’s Long Island and finished the week with five aces and eight total blocks.

CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Sofia Marolla, Hunter (Fr., S, Riverdale, N.Y.)

Marolla totaled 96 assists, 21 digs and four blocks across three matches. She recorded 40 assists, five kills and five digs in Hunter’s four-set victory over St. Joseph’s Long Island on Thursday.

CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Rachael Reyes, CCNY (Sr., OH, Yonkers, N.Y.)

Reyes totaled 30 kills and 23 digs while helping CCNY earn wins over Purchase and Keystone. She recorded 12 kills on .476 hitting with 11 digs against Purchase and added 11 kills and nine digs against Keystone.
