CUNYAC Men's Outdoor Track and Field Track Athlete of the Week
Reco Griffith, Medgar Evers (So., Jamaica, West Indies)
At Thursday's Lincoln University Invitational, Griffith took first with a time of 10.49 seconds, and followed that up with a second place in the 200 (21.13), which is currently the No. 11 time in Division III. He was also part of the Cougars' 4x100 relay that placed first at 41.82 seconds, a time that is currently No. 6 in the Metro Region.

Omari Hinds, Medgar Evers (Jr., Brooklyn, N.Y.)
Hinds placed second in the high jump (1.95m) and third in the long jump (6.49m) at the Lincoln Invitational, with the high jump mark currently first in the conference. At the AIC Invitational Saturday, Hinds was second in the long jump (6.06m) and third in the high jump (1.85m) and triple jump (12.29m).
CUNYAC Men's Outdoor Track and Field Rookie of the Week
Pharell Fowler, Medgar Evers (Fr., Jamaica, West Indies)
Fowler placed third in the 200 at Thursday's Lincoln Invitational (21.48), the second-fastest time in the conference to date and No. 49 in Division III. He was also seventh in the 400 (51.59) and part of the MEC 4x100 that ran 21.82 seconds to cop first. At AIC, he was sixth in the 100 (11.29).
CUNYAC Men's Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Hengzhi Zhu, Hunter (Sr., Brooklyn, N.Y.)
Zhu won the 10,000m race at the AIC Invitational Saturday, competing against athletes from all three NCAA divisions. His time of 36:23.66 is the fastest CUNYAC time this season.
