CUNYAC Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week
Ahmed Mohamed, Hunter (Jr., OH, Brooklyn, N.Y.)

Mohamed tallied 47 kills across three games this week, hitting for .402, as he added 20 digs, four service aces, and a trio of assists. Mohamed’s week was highlighted by a 26 kill performance in a three set win over Elms, as the junior hit for .465 on the match.

CUNYAC Men’s Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Alaittim De Leon, New Jersey City (Fr., MB, Santiago, D.R.)

De Leon hit .619 with 13 kills in a 3-0 week for the Gothic Knights. He notched seven kills on .600 hitting against York on Saturday. Also tallied three blocks for the week.

CUNYAC Men’s Volleyballball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Peter Gavroff, Baruch (Sr., OH, Brooklyn, N.Y.)

Gavroff totaled 14 kills and 12 digs in a 3-2 win against Brooklyn on Tuesday, then recorded 20 kills and 12 digs in a five-set win against Ramapo Thursday. For the week he totaled 34 kills on .321 hitting, 24 digs and six service aces.
