CUNYAC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field - Track Athlete of the Week
Toshel Goffe, Medgar Evers

Goffe repeats as Track Athlete of the Week after placing second in the 200 at the Connecticut College Silfen Invitational with a time of 25.44 seconds, currently the top time in the conference.  She anchored the 4x100 relay team to a sixth place finish (52.67 seconds), the top time in the CUNYAC to date, and she also had a javelin toss of 22.77 meters.


CUNYAC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field - Field Athlete of the Week
Jamie Risso, Hunter
 
At the Southern Connecticut Wilton Wright Invitational, Risso placed third in the triple jump with a mark of 10.83 meters, while she came in seventh in the long jump with a leap of 5.29 meters.

CUNYAC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field - Rookie of the Week
Rinnah Brown, Medgar Evers

Brown placed sixth in the heptathlon at the Silfen Invitational, compiling an MEC-record 2,982 points.  She posted a CUNYAC qualifying time in the 200 (27.68) and ran 2:48.34 in the 800.

CUNYAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field - Honorable Mention
Shannon Ferri, Hunter

Ferri came in fourth in the 1,500 at the Wilton Wright Invitational, posting a conference-best time of 5:32.08.
