CUNYAC Softball Player of the Week
Rylea Sandel, John Jay

In a 6-0 week for John Jay, Sandel batted .565 (13-23) with 14 runs batted in, scoring seven runs and clubbing one home run.  For the week she slugged .913.  Sandel went 6-7 with a home run and six runs batted in in a sweep of NJCU, followed by a 4-7 effort with six driven in in a sweep of Sarah Lawrence.

CUNYAC Softball Pitcher of the Week
Brielle Staskavage, Hunter

Staskavage tossed a five-inning no-hitter in a win against Yeshiva Thursday, striking out seven without walking a batter and allowing just one baserunner on an error.  For the week Staskavage went 1-1 with a 3.23 ERA, fanning nine in three games acrosse 13 innings.

CUNYAC Softball Rookie of the Week
Jeana Clemons, York

Clemons batted .545 (6-11) with two doubles, a triple and a home run across four games.  In Sunday's win against Yeshiva she went 3-4 at the plate with a walk, a double and a home run while recording four RBI.

CUNYAC Softball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Patria Sanchez, Lehman

Sanchez went 6-9 (.667) at the plate across four games with three doubles as the Lightning went 2-2.  She finished the week with four runs scored and drove in three runs while going 2-4 on stolen base attempts.
