CUNYAC Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week
David Heyliger, Jr., York

Heyliger totaled 31 kills (4.4 k/s) and 15 digs (2.1 d/s) as the Cardinals went 1-1 against CCNY and Sarah Lawrence on Saturday.  He racked up 20 kills and seven digs in a 3-1 win over the Beavers while hitting .375.  Added 11 kills and eight digs in a setback to Sarah Lawrence.

CUNYAC Men’s Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Sebastian Gomez, York

Racked up 26 kills and 13 digs while hitting .309 as the Cardinals opened up 1-1.  Registered 16 kills on .464 hitting in a setback to Sarah Lawrence.  Notched 10 kills, eight digs and five service aces in a four-set win over CCNY.

CUNYAC Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Almir Pepic, Lehman

Tallied 18 kills and 19 digs as the Lightning improved to 4-0 to start the season.  Recorded a double-double (10 kills, 13 digs) in a victory over Mount Saint Vincent, then notched eight kills and six digs against Valley Forge in a 3-1 triumph.
