New York, New York – The BMCC women's volleyball team officially released its 2024 schedule on Friday. The 22-match slate features 13 home contests, nine road contests, and five double duals. The Panthers kick off the 2024 campaign on the road against Bronx Community College in CUNYAC action on September 12.
The Panthers return home two days after to begin a three-game homestand. They will lead it off over the weekend with a non-conference double dual against Roxbury Community College and Passaic County Community College on Saturday, September 14, at noon and 2 p.m., then host Hostos Community College in their CUNYAC home opener on September 19.
BMCC faces Roxbury Community College for the first time in program history while hitting the court against Passaic County Community College for the third meeting between the two programs and the first in Downtown Manhattan since 2015. Kingsborough Community College visits BMCC Gymnasium two days later on October 17 in CUNYAC action. Then, the Panthers host their second Region 15 double dual of the year over the weekend against 2023 Region 15 Champion Monroe-Bronx and Nassau Community College on October 19. BMCC gets back to it on October 22 against NJCAA Division III national contender Raritan Valley Community College before heading to Long Island City, New York, to face CUNYAC foe LaGuardia Community College in their final road game of the season on October 24.
