Laure Ragoss serves as the Operations Assistant for the CUNY Athletic Conference.
Ragoss brings a wealth of experience to the CUNYAC. From 2006-19 she served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at the University of Nebraska, working to ensure NCAA compliance for the Big Ten athletic department encompassing 24 sports and 600-plus student-athletes. Ragoss coordinated with the NCAA and institutional staff to devise corrective actions for violations and investigated potential violations of NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and University regulations.
Prior to her stint in Lincoln, Ragoss spent seven years at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, where she was the Associate Director of Athletics and served as the athletic department’s Senior Woman Administrator. She got her start in intercollegiate athletics as the Assistant Commissioner of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference from 1995-99.
A graduate of Nebraska-Kearney with a degree in Business Administration/Sports Administration, Ragoss played four years of basketball for the Lopers. She went on to earn her Master’s from UNK in Counseling-Student Affairs in 2003.
