2026 CUNYAC Preseason Poll/Runners to Watch
CUNYAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week/Rookie of the Week
Leonardo Kaplan, Hunter (Jr., Bronx, N.Y.)
Competing in his first collegiate cross country race, Kaplan placed 36th overall at the Fred Pavlich Invitational, posting a 5K time of 17:56.4, the top CUNYAC finisher at the event.
CUNYAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Anthony King, Brooklyn (So., Brooklyn, N.Y.)
King led Brooklyn and finished 44th overall with a 5K time of 18:12.8 at the Fred Pavlich Invitational on Saturday. He paced the Bulldogs to a ninth place team finish.
