CUNYAC Softball Player of the Week
Patty Sanchez, Lehman (Sr., SS, New York, N.Y.)

Across five games and 17 at-bats, Sanchez batted .588 (10-17) with two home runs and two triples. She scored 10 runs and drove in four, while stealing four bases on the week.

CUNYAC Softball Pitcher of the Week
Lindsay Ogden, John Jay (Jr., P, Loxahatchee, Fla.)

Ogden went 2-0 in a doubleheader sweep of Hunter on Friday. In game one she started and went all nine innings of the extra inning affair, allowing five hits and one unearned run while striking out 10. She entered game two early in relief and allowed four hits and no runs with six strikeouts to complete the day with 15.2 innings pitched with just one unearned run allowed.

CUNYAC Softball Rookie of the Week
Katelyn Young, Brooklyn (Fr., C, Palmdale, Calif.)

Young batted .350, including .417 (5-12) against conference opponents, in six games last week. She hit a grand slam in Wednesday's win against Baruch and went 2-4 with two RBI in a conference win against Hunter on the road.

CUNYAC Softball Player of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Leilani Jimenez, Baruch (Jr., P, Middle Village, N.Y.)

Jimenez earned her 10th win of the season against Brooklyn on Wednesday, throwing a five inning complete game with four hits and four runs (one earned) allowed while striking out three. She also tossed two innings of scoreless relief in game two of the doubleheader.
