The Battle of Lexington, which is Baruch’s marquee athletic event, returns for the sixth straight year.

The Bearcats will host the Bloodhounds of John Jay College in an exciting CUNYAC basketball doubleheader on Thursday evening, February 10th, in the ARC Arena.

The women’s game will tip off at 5:30 pm, followed by the men’s game at 7:30 pm.

Baruch has never lost a game in the Battle of Lexington. However, John Jay will look to play spoiler this year.

The evening’s many festivities include a special senior night ceremony to honor the graduating basketball players of each team.

There will also be the popular “Ultimate Fan Challenge” with groups of fans painting their faces, dressing up, and screaming loud to support their Bearcats, while at the same time trying to catch the attention of the judges to win the exciting fan contest. 

There will also be a special tailgate party in the auxiliary gym hosted by the Undergraduate Student Government (Baruchconnect.com).

Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early as Battle of Lexington games are always played in front of a full capacity crowd.
