The CUNY Athletic Confernece announced today that the 2009 women's tennis championship match will conclude on Sunday, November 1, at 5 p.m. The event will conclude using the indoor courts at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens.
Warm-ups will take place at 4:30 p.m., with the remaining singles matches starting at 5 p.m.
The three doubles matches were all concluded, with Baruch winning first and second. Third doubles went to Hunter.
In singles play, only second singles was completed, with Kristine Kraujina of Baruch defeating Hunter's Anna Vagner 6-3, 6-0. Fourth singles had play halted after the second set, with Hunter's Stefanie Smith and Baruch's Shalanda Graham each having taken one set apiece.
