Hunter’s Chris Guerrero bested the 127 man field as he covered the course in 26:11, edging out the second place finisher by four seconds. The Hawks scored 111 points for a fifth place showing in Annandale-on-Hudson at the Bard Invitational. As a team, the Hawks placed fifth overall out of 17 teams while the defending CUNYAC Champion, a Townsend Harris High School graduate, covered the 4.75 mile course in first place for the second straight week. The Hawks will be back in action on Sunday, September 26 at Van Cortland Park in the Bronx as they host the meet.
