The Bulldogs had a tough week, going 0-1 in CUNYAC and 1-3 overall, falling to CCNY in three straight to start the week. But Brooklyn ended the period on a high note with a five-game victory over Montclair State over the weekend. Still, freshman setter AMANDA FIORE continues to flourish as the leader of the offense on the court, winning her 2nd CUNYAC Rookie honor. In 15 games last week, she averaged 6.2 assists, 2.7 digs, 0.67 aces and 0.53 kills per game. The 5'4" freshman from Susan Wagner High School stands fifth in CUNYAC in assists per game (5.5).
