The little used freshman stepped up in a big way for the Beavers last week. Averaging just 7.6 minutes per game this season, the Elmhurst native played 44 minutes in a starting role in the key conference win against Hunter on Friday evening. The Stuyvesant graduate scored 13 points after converting five of his nine field goal attempts. The 5-5 point guard also connected on three of his five attempts from beyond the arc and handed out four assists.
