Johnathon Boyce was a contributing factor in this week’s 113-86 win over SUNY Old Westbury, and earns Rookie of the Week designation. A versatile swimmer, he competed in three different strokes on the evening. As a distance freestyler, he won the 500-yard freestyle in 6:35.33. In butterfly action, he placed third in the 100 in 1:24.42, then won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:20.99.
