For the third time in as many weeks, John Jay freshman Jemal Ninua is the CUNYAC Rookie of the Week. Running in the Staten Island Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, Ninua placed twentieth out of 132 runners, recording a time of 32:20 in the 8k race. The Bloodhounds finished in second place as a team overall, and first place among Division III schools.
