Cristal Molina earns her second Rookie of the Week honor this season, as she remains a bright spot for Medgar Evers College (3-11, 2-3 CUNYAC). The Cougars beat conference foe City Tech before dropping three straight, to Pratt, Old Westbury and Sarah Lawrence.
Against City Tech, Molina had eight kills eleven digs and a pair of aces as the Cougars won the match 3-0. She returned against Old Westbury so record 20 digs with nine kills, then finished the week with 16 digs and 13 kills against SLC.
