Posey Wilson earns Player of the Week honors for Baruch, as she helped the Bearcats (10-4; 3-1) to three wins last week. Baruch beat Staten Island 3-1, US Merchant Marine Academy 3-1 and Simmons (Mass.) 3-1 before losing to Ramapo in five.
Wilson is continuing her outstanding defensive season with a string of strong performances last week. She notched 23 digs and five aces to lead Baruch to a victory over CSI. At the Ramapo Quad Match, she posted 28 digs and four aces in a four set victory over USMMA, 15 digs and four aces in a non-conference victory over Simmons, then finished with 17 digs in a tough five set match against the host.
