Freshman Elizabeth Mahoney made herself know conference-wide, capturing the gold medal at the Baruch Invitational en route to CUNYAC Runner of the Week honors. Running the 6k course at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, she led the way with a final time of 26:21, well over a minute faster than the second place finisher. Her time is the seventh fastest on record for a Hunter harrier at Van Cortlandt.
