Earning Player of the Week honors is Maimouna Dabo of York College, who showed her versatility as the Cardinals split a pair of games. York (7-14, 5-6 CUNYAC South) lost at Staten Island 88-79 before returning to beat Medgar Evers 81-57.
Dabo averaged 19.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists on the week. Against CSI, she scored 21 points and added four rebounds, six assists and two blocked shots. Against Medgar Evers, she was good for 18 points, six rebounds and four steals.
York finishes the regular season this week by facing Lehman College on Wednesday and Brooklyn College on Saturday.
