Alexandra Nkrumah earns this week’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week as she had a strong performance at the Wesleyan Invitational. She participated in four events, winning two while finishing in second in others. In the 400 meters, she ran a personal best time of 59.88 seconds to capture the gold, while her 26.78 in the 200 meters also took first prize. In the triple jump, she landed 10.41 meters, good enough for second place. In the 4 x 400 meter relay, the team finished in 4:14.47, despite her individual time of 58.88.
