Arana repeats as the Swimming Rookie of the Week for winning all three events she swam in the Baruch’s 107-98 loss to Hunter. The Bayside native won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:40.74 and the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:20.97. Collectively, the 200-yard medley relay team set a new school mark with a time of 2:16.80.
Baruch is now 5-6 on the season, including 2-1 in the CUNYAC. They will next compete on Thursday, when the Bearcats travel to John Jay.
