Shiwnath earns this week’s top award as a triple-winner as the Bearcats defeated Pace University 65-28 and Queens College 53-42. In a tri-meet held at Baruch, Shiwnath won the 100-yard backstroke in 1:12.23, and was a part of relay teams in the 400-yard medley and 400-yard freestyle races that both set new school marks. In the medley, the team posted a time of 4:21.58, while the free relay finished in 3:56.02. The team is now 5-3, its best record to start a season in school history.
