This week’s Rookie of the Week is James Abrams of City Tech (6-4 overall, 2-0 CUNYAC South). The big man in the middle led City Tech to a 100-109 victory over Ramapo College in the team’s only game of the week. The 6’6” big man scored on five of his six shots, and finished with 15 points. He added nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and four blocked shots. Abrams, who did not start the game, played 34 minutes. City Tech has a few weeks off for the holidays before returning to action in January.
