Gavroff had a solid debut for the Bearcats that included a victory over No. 8 NYU in five sets. He totaled double-figure kills in four of his six matches, including 18 against the defending NCAA Division III Champions and then ranked No. 1 Stevens. In the upset of NYU, he produced 12 kills and nine digs. Overall, he totaled 66 kills, 34 digs, nine assists and 14 total blocks.
