The reigning CUNYAC Player of the Year produced two outstanding performances in City Tech’s 1-1 week. The 6’7” center delivered 15 points (4-for-4 fga), 10 rebounds, and nine blocks in the Yellow Jackets 62-52 victory at conference rival John Jay last Wednesday. The DeWitt Clinton graduate delivered 24 points (8-for-13 fga), 13 rebounds, three blocks and four steals in a heartbreaking, 70-68 loss to Vassar on Sunday. The native of El Salvador is averaging 18.2 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 5.8 blocks per game this season.
