The veteran won the 6k Baruch Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park this past Sunday, turning in a personal-best time of 26:49. Last season, the Woodside, New York native finished 13th at the CUNYAC Championships with a 5k time of 23:10. The Long Island City product should be a major factor all season long for the Cardinals.
