In a non-conference victory over Yeshiva, he finished with a match-high 15 kills (.520 hitting %). He followed that up with 23 kills (.463 hitting %) and eight digs in a league win over Lehman. Myftari closed out the slate with 18 kills and four digs against Hunter.
