Peterson at a strong showing at the Dickinson College DuCharme Invitational, placing sixth in the long jump finals and seventh in the triple jump finals. He also posted a top-15 performance in the shot put. In track events, he finished ninth in the 400m and was a member of a third-place 4x400m relay team.
