Hostos guard Moerina Moore, a sophomore out of Worthington, Ohio earns her second consecutive Player of the Week nod for the No. 1 team in the NJCAA. Last week, in their only game, the Caimans chomped on conference foe Kingsborough at “The Swamp.” Against KCC, the 5’10” guard contributed a statline of 19 points (8-12 FG, 1-1 3FG, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and four steals. This week Hostos will kick it up a notch with Monroe and Queensborough on the slate.
