Eshtiaghi tallied a combined five first-place finishes against Hunter and Western Connecticut State last week. She won the 200-yard freestyle (2:09.78) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.67) against Hunter, and also came in first in the 50- yard backstroke (30.27), 100-yard backstroke (1:05.27) and 100-yard butterfly (1:11.58). All times surpassed the fastest she swam last season.
