The Queens native provided the Lightning with some key points in the close victory against Maritime (12/8). The freshman took first and set a personal-best time of 23.54 in the 50 Freestyle and picked up a third-place finish in the 100 Freestyle (52.88). In addition, he was a member of the winning 200 Medley Relay squad, leading off the event with a time of 29.05 in the backstroke.
