Jaleel Lino has been named the CUNYAC Men's Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of 3/16 - 3/22. Lino had an outstanding week for the Lightning. He helped lead Lehman to a 3-1 record, as he was a force both offensively and defensively. In Lehman's CUNYAC win over the City College of New York on Tuesday evening, Lino produced 16 kills and had eight digs. Later that night, in Lehman's five-set loss to NJCU, Lino led the offense with 18 kills on 49 total attacks and had nine digs on the defensive end. In a sweep against Purchase on Thursday night, the junior tallied a double-double with 13 kills and 15 digs while having a hitting percentage of .407. In a five-set victory over the College of Mount Saint Vincent the next night, Lino dominated both offensively and defensively with 24 kills and 21 digs. He added two service aces, three total blocks, and produced a match-high 28.5 points.
