Roshane Wright has been named the CUNYAC/US Army ROTC Men's Indoor Track and Field Performer of the Week for the second straight week and fourth time this season. Wright blew away the competition in the 400-meter dash at the CTC Championships, running a time of 49.57—easily his best mark of the season. He beat his closest competitor by more than a second. The time also automatically qualified him for the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships and was the 25th-fastest time in NCAA Division III this season. In addition, Wright was second in the long jump with a distance of 6.49 meters—losing only to a Division II athlete. Meanwhile, Wright along with teammates Shaquille Hodge, Jesus Medina and Chimereucheya Ezihie placed third in the 4x400 relay in 3:29.98.
