Chimaechi Ekekeugbor Award Rookie of the Week Week Of 11/17/2014 Sport Men's Basketball School Baruch College Year Freshman Position Forward Hometown Matawan, NJ High School Christian Brothers Academy Chimaechi Ekekeugbor has been named the CUNYAC Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week from the first game until 11/16. The freshman has performed nicely so far this season, scoring 17 points in a 89-69 win over Baruch. The New Jersey native shot 8-10 from the floor in the first game of the season.
