Jacqueline Cautela has been named the CUNYAC/Applebee's Softball Rookie of the Week for the week of 3/17-3/23. The rookie batted .545 this week, a team best, going a combined 5-for-8 with 3 runs scored and 2 RBI in a win over JJC. She added a total of two doubles and a triple this week and was a perfect 5-for-5 in fielding chances as well. In the circle, she posted a 1-1 record with a 4.74 ERA, striking out 12 batters in 10.1 innings pitched.
